The Gathering Room

You’ll find the entrance on the east side of the building, complete with a large covered patio overlooking The Lake.

The kitchen at The Place is fully equipped for hosting, with expansive counter space, a coffee bar, and everything you could need to serve guests with ease. You’ll have access to dishes, serving pieces, knives, and all the utensils needed for prepping, serving, and celebrating. The space also includes a dishwasher, sink, gas stove, overhead microwave, refrigerator, and freezer, making it perfect for everything from simple snacks to full meals.

A large multi-purpose table sits in the heart of the kitchen and can be used for seating, prepping food, or setting items out (it often doubles as an island). There’s also a cozy wood dining table that seats six. Need more room? Extra tables and chairs are available upon request, especially for events like graduations, baby showers, bridal showers, and more. Setups can vary depending on your event, so the space can be arranged to fit your needs.

To make the space even more inviting, it also features a Samsung Frame TV, perfect for displaying photos, slideshows, or aesthetically pleasing backdrops during your event. It can also be used to AirPlay content, play videos, watch the game, or stream music for the perfect gathering vibe.
